Hello and welcome! I'm Yi-Hsuan (Jessica) Chao, a dedicated project engineer currently contributing my skills at Bay Cities Paving & Grading. Armed with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, I thrive on self-motivation and enthusiasm.

As a project engineer at Bay Cities Paving & Grading, I’m familiar with project-based environment, and am able to deal with fast-paced working schedule and multiple tasks simultaneously. I’m always eager to learn more and contribute my skills to any given challenge.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I've taken on leadership roles, particularly as the Operations Team Lead in the Formula Racing team at UC Davis. This experience not only deepened my understanding of race car construction but also honed my skills in financial management, overseeing operations for fundraising, budgeting, and outreach events.
