• Designed a purely mechanical mechanism for Wunder-Bar’s Rotary Sauce Dispenser (RSD) turntable, ensured compatibility of various sizes (6”-17” diameter) and heights of pizza pans with materials including ABS, stainless steel, acrylic, and acetal.

  • Tested iterative prototypes to pass reliability tests of over 2000 cycles to achieve failure <1% and conducted failure analysis.

  • Utilized Solidworks to create detailed 3D models of the mechanism.

Wunder-Bar Rotary Sauce Dispenser RotoGrip

  • Performed product teardown and reassembly on a Formula Racing Differential to identify components and assess fitment.

  • Conducted reliability testing on torque to characterize stress effects, validate safety factor, and analyze fatigue life.

  • Provided improvement recommendations to mitigate stress concentrations and decrease failure modes.

Camera Drone Modeling

  • Used Solidworks to model the design of a camera drone and provide improvements to the initial design.

  • Generated engineering drawings of the front and rear landing feet, landing connection, and camera

    holder.

V-Flex Machine

  • Designed a muscle training machine using a torsional spring that can be targeted for multiple muscle groups.

  • Performed a strength analysis to ensure the design tolerates normal operating conditions.

  • Determined estimates for product manufacturing.

Mask-off Alert System

  • Developed a portable face mask system equipped with alert functionality to detect and notify users of improper mask wearing, addressing concerns related to inadequate mask usage.

  • Provided printed circuit board design and assembly, and processed light sensor data to determine face exposure.
